RETURNS:Our certified technicians will test all items before shipped so they all in good condition. If you received a defective item(7 days after you get the parcel), I will exchange a new one for you.We will responsible for the shipping cost from our place to yours while buyer should pay the return cost (you can choose the cheapest one). You have a full 14 days to try out your purchase . If you do not like it or the phone service provider does not support the phone(so do confirm you are GSM card and suit the cell phone), there will be 10% restocking fee, you may return it for a refund ( less shipping cost+10% restocking fee) and get the money back.
